With a family tradition spanning over 80 years, Tyler represents the fourth generation of water well drillers, making him highly experienced and knowledgeable in the industry. His father Greg Mills, of Mills Brothers Drilling and Cross Borders Consulting, has over 55 years of drilling experience and has spent over 20 years passing on his knowledge and experience to Tyler.
Hwy. One Drilling was established by Wes Maley, in 1982. He spent numerous year training under his father Carl, at Maley Drilling in Estevan, before forging his own path with Hwy. One Drilling. Wes is a 5th generation water well driller. He spent 2 years and drilled over 130 wells with Tyler, passing on his experience and knowledge, before his retirement.
